Test the package with the selected oil formula because closure and material compatibility affect leakage and shelf performance.
Write the carton configuration
The supplied reference is 1.8 L per bottle and six bottles per carton. Add divider design, orientation, net and gross weight, dimensions, date coding and handling marks.
Use verified carton data for freight and pallet calculations instead of marketplace estimates.
Build artwork from approved product data
The product name should clearly communicate that the oil is blended. List ingredients and allergens from the selected formula and avoid pure sesame oil imagery or wording that could mislead buyers.
Complete destination language, importer information, nutrition and other mandatory fields before print approval.
Connect shelf life and storage to the pack
The 18-month reference applies only when supported for the approved formula, bottle, closure and storage condition.
State unopened and after-opening guidance according to the final label and protect distribution stock from excessive heat and light.
Plan private-label approval gates
Use staged approval for formula and sample, bottle and carton, legal text, artwork proof and production release.
Confirm component MOQ, print MOQ, lead time, tolerances and retained samples before commercial production.
