Choose the primary package

Confirm whether the 170 g reference uses a sealed bag, retail box or both, with appropriate moisture barrier and seal strength.

Test the pack for pellet breakage, colour visibility, coding and opening performance.

Build the carton specification

Define units per carton, net and gross weight, dimensions, dividers, carton strength, pallet pattern and container loading.

Do not use zero-weight or zero-volume marketplace placeholders as shipping data.

Align label and shelf life

Align product identity, ingredients, crustacean allergen, colours, net quantity, storage and validated cooking instructions across the unit and carton.

Connect the two-year claim to formula, moisture, package barrier and shelf-life evidence.

Control customer-brand approval

Approve formula, expansion sample, pack components, legal text, artwork proof and production sample in stages.

Confirm one-container or production MOQ, printed-material MOQ, lead time, tolerances and export documents before release.

Important: Product specifications, import rules and required documents vary by SKU and destination. Confirm the applicable requirements with the selected supplier, importer and qualified local advisers before ordering or printing labels.
