Define the blend in named percentages
A notation such as 3:7 is incomplete unless the specification states which number belongs to soybean oil and which belongs to sesame oil. Write both percentages beside the legal ingredient names.
Connect the approved ratio to one formula version, sample, label and quotation so later changes remain visible.
Approve sensory performance
Sesame aroma, flavour intensity, colour and clarity can vary even when the headline ratio is unchanged because raw materials and processing differ.
Test the oil in its intended noodle, marinade, dressing or finishing application and retain the approved sample.
Verify ingredients, processing and allergens
Confirm the complete ingredient order, treatment of each oil, processing aids or antioxidants and the sesame and soy allergen declaration.
Do not transfer pure sesame oil, non-GMO or certification claims from an unrelated listing to a blended product.
Lock packaging and shelf-life data
For a 1.8 L bottle packed six per carton, approve bottle material, cap, seal, label area, carton dividers, gross weight, dimensions and pallet configuration.
Connect the 18-month reference to the final blend, primary package, storage condition and available shelf-life evidence.
Build a document-controlled order
Keep the specification, approved sample, allergen statement, label artwork, COA requirements and export documents under one SKU reference.
MOQ and lead time should reflect the formula, bottle, printed materials, production schedule and destination.
