Define the product before requesting price
Specify whether the program needs a visible flake blend, a finer powder or a tabletop seasoning. State the desired ingredient profile and ingredients that must be included or excluded.
Provide a target SHU range, mesh, colour and application. A reference sample is useful, but it should be translated into written acceptance points.
Control moisture and blend consistency
The supplied reference gives a maximum moisture value of 10%. Confirm the final contractual limit, sampling plan and test method for the selected SKU.
Review blend uniformity, fines, free-flowing condition, aroma and visible component distribution. Moisture-barrier packaging helps protect the product but does not replace process and storage controls.
Write the packing hierarchy clearly
A reference packing is 250 g × 40 sachets per carton, equal to 10 kg net. The final specification should also state bag material, carton dimensions, net and gross carton weight, coding and pallet pattern.
Discard placeholder marketplace fields such as zero gross weight or zero volume. Obtain measured carton data before calculating freight and loading quantities.
Approve private-label artwork
Confirm product name, ingredient order, allergens, net quantity, storage, date coding, origin, responsible business information and destination-language requirements.
Printed-packaging MOQ, artwork lead time and any certification or nutrition claim must be supported before production.
Verify factory and export information
Marketplace capacity figures and port options are preliminary sourcing references. Confirm available output, lead time, factory location, dispatch port and current documents for the nominated manufacturer.
Keep the approved formula, sample, quotation, label and COA requirements connected to one SKU so repeat orders can be evaluated consistently.
