Choose 500 g, 1 kg, 2 kg or 10 kg based on application, thawed use rate and handling.

Confirm film, seal, carton protection, coding and leakage or drop performance.

Control the cold chain

Define storage below −18°C, reefer set point, loading temperature, monitoring, allowable excursion and claims procedure.

Write thawing, after-thaw use period and refreezing restrictions on the approved handling instruction.

Build pallet and loading data

Connect pack and carton weights to dimensions, pallet pattern and verified legal payload.

Treat 22–25 metric tons per 40-foot container as a planning reference subject to packaging and route limits.

Manage OEM approvals

Approve product form, formula, analytical targets, frozen sample, legal text, artwork proof and production sample.

Confirm pack and printing MOQ, lead time, shelf-life evidence, certificates and export documents before release.
