Build the flavour range

Red bean, milk tea, chocolate and fruit are useful range references, but each filling needs an approved formula, flavour name, percentage, colour and sensory sample.

Check ingredient availability, filling stability and allergen separation before confirming a multi-flavour order.

Choose piece and pack formats

Define piece weight, pieces per 180 g bag or box, individual wrapping, tray layout and consumer serving information.

A 36-piece box is a separate reference until piece weight, inner packaging, boxes per carton and net quantity are approved.

Validate stability and shipping

Test wrapper softness, sticking, filling migration, appearance and seal performance through the selected storage and distribution condition.

Confirm whether ambient, chilled or frozen logistics apply before carton and freight costing.

Control private-label approvals

Approve formula and allergens, sample, pack components, mandatory legal text, artwork proof and production sample in controlled stages.

Confirm component MOQ, printing MOQ, coding, lead time, tolerances and retained samples before production release.

Important: Product specifications, import rules and required documents vary by SKU and destination. Confirm the applicable requirements with the selected supplier, importer and qualified local advisers before ordering or printing labels.
