Read the reference packing correctly

The supplied reference states 200 g per bag and 12 bags per carton. It also lists a 32 × 26 × 28 cm reference carton, but the final carton data should be measured again after the bag, label and carton layout are approved.

Ask for net weight, gross weight, film specification, carton strength, coding position and pallet or loading data before calculating landed cost.

Confirm the shelf-life basis

The reference states a 24-month shelf life under cool, dry and clean storage. The contracted period must match the selected formulation, moisture controls, packaging barrier, supporting evidence and approved label.

Dry ambient products still require protection from humidity, direct sunlight, odours and carton damage during storage and transport.

Separate product MOQ from packaging MOQ

Product production may have one minimum while printed bags, labels or cartons have another. Confirm both minimums, unused-material handling, artwork lead time and reorder conditions.

For a first order, standard packaging with an approved label may offer a lower-risk route than fully customised film.

Send a complete quotation brief

State the required stick dimensions, pack weight, cartons, annual volume, destination, label language, barcode, carton marks, documents and target shipment date.

Approve the product sample and specification before committing to printed packaging.

Important: Product specifications, import rules and required documents vary by SKU and destination. Confirm the applicable requirements with the selected supplier, importer and qualified local advisers before ordering or printing labels.
