Define the product and starch formula
Longkou vermicelli, mung bean vermicelli, bean thread noodles and glass noodles can describe overlapping products, but the commercial formula may differ. Confirm the pulse species, corn or other starches, percentages and complete ingredient order.
Do not use green bean and mung bean as interchangeable legal ingredient names without supplier and label confirmation.
Approve physical and cooking performance
Set strand diameter, length, colour, transparency, moisture, broken tolerance and bundle condition against the intended market pack.
Test soaking, cooking time, elasticity, smoothness and holding performance in hot and cold applications and retain the approved sample.
Confirm drying and food-safety controls
The supplied reference offers sun-dried or machine-dried processing. Confirm the selected process, hygiene controls and resulting consistency rather than combining both into one SKU claim.
ISO and HACCP references require verification of certificate holder, manufacturing site, scope and validity.
Write the packaging hierarchy
For every 50 g, 100 g, 250 g or 500 g format, state inner bundles, bags per carton, net and gross weight, dimensions, coding, pallet pattern and artwork requirements.
Clarify expressions such as 50 g × 8 × 45 before costing because the inner and outer units can otherwise be interpreted differently.
Verify shelf life and loading
Connect the 18-month reference to the approved formula, moisture, bag barrier and cool, dry storage condition. Do not substitute a 24-month value from another listing.
Recalculate container quantities from approved carton dimensions, weights and pallet plan rather than treating historical carton counts as guaranteed loading.
