Mango Ice Cream

The mango is the only design in the range supplied in three carton formats — square, hexagonal and round. That is not a cosmetic choice: carton geometry sets the pallet footprint, and the footprint decides how many cartons fit a reefer. Buyers planning a mixed container usually fix the carton format first, then build the load around it.

Each piece weighs 75 g and packs 12 to a carton at roughly 1.45 kg gross. The mould carries a mango taper — narrow at the crown, fuller at the base — with the colour running from red at the top into yellow below, so the shape is still readable at arm length rather than only in a close-up.

It is normally specified for buffet and dessert-bar service in Asian restaurants, for frozen retail in markets where mango is a mainstream flavour, and for private-label programmes that want a recognisable fruit form without paying for a bespoke mould.

Questions to confirm before placing an order

Answers are intentionally product-specific and avoid unverified factory, certification or packaging claims.

Why does this design come in three carton formats?

The square, hexagonal and round cartons all hold 12 pieces but stack differently. Carton geometry sets the pallet footprint, and the footprint sets how many cartons fit a reefer, so the format should be chosen before the load plan is fixed.

What is the minimum order?

100 cartons per design. A mixed order requires 100 cartons for every shape included.

What is the shelf life and storage temperature?

18 months at -18°C or below, shipped in reefer containers.

Is the piece weight fixed at 75 g?

Yes for this design. Other shapes in the range run from 65 g to 150 g.

Can the carton carry our own artwork?

Private label is subject to confirmation. Tell us the design, carton format and artwork requirement and we will confirm what can be customised.
