The panda is a character rather than a fruit, and it is bought for a different reason. A seated figure with dark ears, dark eye patches and a pale green scarf reads instantly at freezer-door distance, which is what an impulse fixture needs; a fruit shape is usually chosen for portion and plating instead.
At 70 g it sits at the smaller end of the range and packs 20 to a carton in a 345×180×110 mm carton at 3.00 kg gross. The higher piece count means more units per pallet layer than the 12-piece fruit designs, which shifts the cost-per-unit calculation on a full container.
It tends to be ordered beside a second character or a fruit shape rather than alone: at a 100-carton minimum per design, a single character SKU rarely justifies its own booking.

3D shaped ice cream is molded inside a closed tool rather than extruded and cut. This guide explains what that changes for shape fidelity, carton planning and unit cost, with the numbers buyers ask for first.
Extruded ice cream is cut from a die; molded ice cream is set inside a closed tool. The guide covers what the processes change in shape detail, packing labour and minimum order.
