Bean curd sticks are folded or rolled into elongated dried pieces. Tofu skin sheets are supplied as flatter sheets that may be cut, wrapped or tied depending on the application.
Market names are inconsistent. Attach dimensions and representative photographs to an inquiry so the quoted item matches the intended product.
Compare preparation and menu use
Long sticks are commonly soaked and used in hot pot, braised dishes and soups. Sheets may be cut for stir-fries, used as wrappers or processed into other shapes.
Test the product in the buyer’s actual recipe because thickness and folding influence soaking time, texture and sauce absorption.
Build the commercial specification
For either form, confirm ingredients, soy allergen declaration, colour, dimensions, moisture target, broken tolerance, net weight, shelf life, storage and carton data.
Private-label artwork should only begin after the product form, sample and packing structure have been approved.
