Frozen Desserts & Ice Cream

Banana Ice Cream

Banana is the densest piece in the range and the lowest in acidity, which is why it is usually treated as an ingredient rather than a finished dessert. Bars blend it as the body of a shake and build flavour on top.

The mould is a curved banana with tapered tips, 75 g, 12 per carton, 1.40 kg gross. Unlike the peach, mango or lychee, this design has a single carton format — 285×215×120 mm square.

It does not oxidise like cut fruit, because it is a frozen molded product rather than fresh banana, so a blended preparation keeps its colour through service.

Questions to confirm before placing an order

Answers are intentionally product-specific and avoid unverified factory, certification or packaging claims.

Why is this shape used as a base rather than a dessert?

Banana is dense and low-acid, so it blends without separating and does not fight other ingredients. Bars use it as the body of a shake or smoothie and add fruit or syrup on top.

Is only one carton format available?

Yes, 285×215×120 mm square, 12 pieces, 1.40 kg gross. Unlike the peach or mango, there is no round or hexagonal option for this design.

What is the minimum order?

100 cartons per design. A mixed order requires 100 cartons for every shape included.

What is the shelf life and storage temperature?

18 months at -18°C or below, shipped in reefer containers.

Does it brown or oxidise like fresh banana?

No. The piece is a frozen molded product, not fresh fruit, so it does not oxidise the way a cut banana does.
