A simple miso reference may contain water, soybean, rice and salt. Commercial formulas can also contain alcohol, fish ingredients, sweeteners, flavour components or processing aids.
Approve legal ingredient names and order from the current factory specification instead of copying an unrelated marketplace listing.
Treat soy as a confirmed allergen
Soybean is the primary ingredient and must be declared according to the destination market. Confirm how soy appears in the product name, ingredient list and allergen statement.
Review factory cross-contact information rather than assuming a single-ingredient allergen profile.
Confirm fish and alcohol by selected formula
A formula containing bonito extract contains fish, while a soybean-rice-salt formula may not. Edible alcohol can affect ingredient wording or customer policy even where it functions as a preservation aid.

Separate unopened and opened storage
The supplied reference indicates storage at room temperature away from light before opening. After opening, refrigeration and use-by guidance should come from the approved product label.
Do not convert a general marketplace storage phrase into a contractual temperature limit without factory evidence.
